Poshan Maah Mission
With the usual zeal and with the Guidance of teachers, our students participated in the nutrition drive. The students went to the area of underprivileged children and distributed fruits, vegetables etc which are considered as essential part of a balanced diet.
Swacchh Bharat Mission
Keeping in mind the importance of clean India, the school always remains ready to spread awareness for cleanliness. Students along with teachers always take part in the Mission - Swacchh Bharat and clean the surrounding to time.
Green Guardians
In association with the diligent children, several activities were carried out during the year to sensitize them for environmental conservation preservation.
Every year students participated in the true plantation with the motive to make green surrounding.
Nukkad Natak
Universal Convent School took up the initiative to spread awareness about 'Dengue' a mosquito borne disease caused by unhealthy conditions. Students of classes VII & VIII performed Nukkad Natak & convey the message to prevent dengue.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Community service and social awareness programme involve student’s participation in linkages with community. Literary campaigns, works in slums, in and around the school campus, hospitalsensitize them to the life of community around them, to the deprivation suffered by others,and the need to contribute to the building of a more egalitarian and socially just society.
